- A patisserie cabinet with a refrigerated display deck and first shelf plus 2 additional ambient shelves. The display deck is a drawer system, so you slide the deck out from the rear for loading and serving - this saves you having to reach deep into the cabinet and meaning you disturb other products on display. Suitable for cakes, desserts and pastries.
